8, 9 Months & I'm in Double Trouble

I have always had a bit of a hard time believing parents who say "it just goes so fast..." because truthfully the first 6 months didn't feel like it went very fast. It more felt like hour upon hour of cleaning, diaper changing, pumping & laundry -- with just enough time to squeeze in a play session with my two favorite peeps. But the last two months have flown by. And so so so much has changed... I just can't believe it!

Just in the last week or so, the twins are crawling, climbing up on everything, saying "dadadada", singing along with me (I promise to video this), copying my every move & eating solids like champs. I honestly can't remember beyond two weeks ago, but I am sure they have had a million other major developments that are just equally as amazing.

On top of so much excitement, my two sisters came home for the summer to spend time with family & enjoy the best months of Seattle. And boy have we had fun. We've attended a family wedding on Orcas, baptized the twins, celebrated the 4th of July & my uncles 60th birthday & gathered up for what feels like an endless amount of meals/parties/picnics -- gifting us so many memories with friends & family. The words "routine" or "boring" -- which are common in my daily life -- just can't be found in my schedule.

I have been really bad at videoing special moments, but you won't be at a loss for pictures. Here goes...
